Bought 2 cup holder from this seller. 1 was good the other one was defective. Communication with seller is not good. Informed seller 1 of the product was defective but seller tried telling me how to use it. This is not some complicated device and I know how to use it. Seller insisted on sending me a video on how to use. Gave seller benefit and got the video the next day. Of course video did not helped because the product was defective. Seller said will send correct piece but MANY MANY days later still no news of correct pieced being sent out even after I kept asking about it. Seller only replied after I made a refund dispute on Aliexpress. Its faster for me to get a refund from Aliexpress then get any solution from seller. This is the kind of seller, that if all is good then fine but if you encounter a problem then its a long wait for nothing.
